The Fair work website can help you search for the correct award by asking you a few questions about your business. Furthermore, here you will find pay guides and pay calculators.
When an employee leaves you will find specific calculators for working out a final pay. This includes a redundancy pay, notice period and entitlements.
The site also has a number of useful templates for new employees including contracts, templates, guides and more.
You will find the fair work website also offers an online learning centre, so that you might become more educated on any number of topics.

Return to Work SA
South Australian businesses who employ people are required to register with Return to Work SA when their annual wages are over a set limit.
Once registered you will be required to perform an annual reconciliation and reporting activity. This is so that your premium can be balanced or calculated for the following year.
