My Name is Sarah and I am the owner of Little Birdy Bookkeeping.
The Little Birdy Bookkeeping business is born from my passion to provide best quality bookkeeping services, in a modern and efficient way.
A little about me:
I have been operating in the accounting industry for over 14 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and I am a registered BAS Agent.
My career started in a prestigious Clare Valley winery where I soon become a permanent fixture. I was fortunate enough to play every role in the accounting department across the years, before I eventually became the Accountant for the company.
Dedication to my role saw me complete a full-time university degree while still working full time. This experience came with challenges, opportunities for growth, leadership and more. The efforts in my role provided me with the vision and the space to develop new ideas, and new business processes that supported the growth of the business.
I stayed for many years before deciding it was time to try something new. I left with the aim to help other people and businesses on their journeys to success.
Since then I have operated in many different industries ranging from work in larger businesses, through to working in voluntary positions, supporting my local community.
Some of the work I have undertaken includes helping new businesses, aiding existing ones undertake better practices, and helping with businesses that have found themselves in situations that they need help to come back from.
What I want you to know most:
The most important thing that I want you to know, is that I have a passion for accounting. It gives me great pleasure to deliver a set of accounts that is accurate, efficient and understandable.
I love to find solutions for the everyday problems that occur in business. I love to teach people new ways to improve their businesses, I love to train up your staff to turn your business into a fine-tuned engine.
